- Position Title: Warehouse Operations Assistant/ Warehouse Operations Coordinator
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (will be relocated to Gul Way from 4th quarter 2024 / 1st quarter 2025)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5.45 pm; Alternate Sat, 8.30 am – 11.30 am *Saturday will be WFH)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Be overall in charge and coordinate with the warehouse supervisor for proper planning of operations
- Manage inbound and outbound activities of warehousing operations to complete daily tasks on time
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for operational arrangements
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to solve issues related to inbound and outbound processes
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry to support inventory, movement, cycle count, and store take reports
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and plans for management
- Perform other duties as assigned when needed

- At least GCE “O” level with a minimum 1 year of related working experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics Admin, or Customer Service
- Knowledge of WMS systems is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
