Job Description

- Position Title: Supply Chain Manager/Logistics & Procurement Manager
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $6500 + $100 (Travel Allowance) + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute the company’s supply chain operations.
- Manage the purchasing and logistics teams, including budgetary responsibilities.
- Track and report on key procurement and logistics performance indicators.
- Analyze and optimize inventory management to improve turnover and working capital.
- Enhance purchasing strategies to meet goals related to delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee logistics to ensure accuracy in delivery and inventory management.
- Lead vendor management including selection, negotiations, and contracting.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and logistic partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adapt operations to meet customer needs effectively.
- Identify and address process bottlenecks, recommending improvements for operational efficiency and ISO compliance.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
