Responsibilities:
- Perform taking off and measurement of quantities
- Source, review and negotiation of quotations
- Work closely and liaise with both internal and external project stakeholders
- Attend project meetings including site walks for progress claims’ evaluation
- Project budget and cost control including prepare monthly financial budget report and presentations (For Senior position)
- Contract administration including handling contractual documentation, correspondences and disputes matters
- Manage, preparation, submission and liaise with consultants on the evaluation of monthly progress claims / variation claims including final account
- Manage, evaluate and preparation of subcontractors’ claim and payments including final accounts
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines
- At least 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
- Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and /or SIA standard forms of Contracts
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
