Conduct regular maintenance and repairs
Repairing C&S, M&E, P&S, ACMV and fire alarm systems, replacing worn-out parts and overseeing a building’s plumbing system to upkeep your the property / facilities.
Oversee cleaning and sanitation
Your task includes overseeing the overall cleanliness of the buildings ensuring high sanitation standards are consistently met.
Maintain safety standards
Your role as a facilities technician is to ensure the building and its surroundings meet established safety codes and standards. This involves conducting regular inspections and addressing any potential hazards promptly.
