- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (8.30 am – 5.30 pm), Sat (8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support.
- Addressing customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders.
- Sorting and distributing incoming emails, answering correspondence, and preparing outgoing emails.
- Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Competent with MS Office and computer skills.
