Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians in maintenance of production according to procedures & Works Instructions.
- Plan and organize the preventive maintenance programs for all plant equipment & facilities.
- Liaise with internal to ensure that all scheduled equipment maintenance and repairs are carried out
- Maintain proper records of all electrical drawings and activities.
- Participate in ideas to develop and fabricate machinery, jigs & fixtures in production processes.
- Train and develop Technicians to achieve effectiveness and good performance
- Maintain work discipline and motivate subordinate, setting standard for performance review.
- Ensure sufficient manpower through managing subordinate attendance to meet daily work requirement.
- Recommend replacement for turnover and new addition.
- Implement safety program and enforcing the practice by the subordinates.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge in PLC
- Possess Singapore PUB Electrical License is advantageous
- Experience in Safety activities
