Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing strategy and execution. This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and
strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media,
email, and traditional media.
• Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make
data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Willing to work on Saturday
• Able to start work immediately or short notice period (within a month)
Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
