HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Build on our vision for people at Van Cleef & Arpels, leading key HR objectives and guiding our people plan and results in an accelerating, competitive region (SEA)
- Partner with business leaders and take the lead on core HR topics e.g., employee relations (ER), talent, rewards, performance, learning, leadership development.
- Ensure each of our markets, functions, and boutiques is empowered with localized solutions and agile HR advisory, building a culture of care with high touch engagement.
- Align with Richemont CoEs, Van Cleef & Arpels business stakeholders and APAC/global contacts to ensure excellence in employee experience and a future-ready organization.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You are highly adaptable and open-minded, with 10+ years’ experience in managing HR topics, ideally in a fast-paced matrixed environment, able to influence and connect with multiple levels of the organization and staff from boutique to office.
- Passionate about people, has a high-level of emotional intelligence, a growth-oriented mindset and a solutions-based approach. This individual is an ambassador for the Maison, building relationships and ensuring candidate and employee experience is aligned to Maison values.
- Clear communicator and team player able to navigate a range of cultures and markets. Fluency in English.
- Very collaborative, independent with a passion for people development and building a culture of care alongside performance.
