- Assess the specific requirements for events such as catering, seating arrangements, and any special accommodations.
- Oversee the planning process, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered, including timing, transportation, and setup.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Design and arrange the physical layout in the restaurant, including seating, tables, and decorations.
- Maintain relationships with beverage suppliers and manage orders and deliveries.
- Having a basic understanding of wine can be beneficial
