Job Description:
- Plan, organise and manage company promotional activities
- Events planning, organising and executing.
- Handle marketing and corporate related administrative work.
- Provide administrative support to by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling phone and email communications.
- Assist with business travel bookings and visa applications
- Provide general administrative support to the office, handle general services and office facilities management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experienced in event planning.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, coordination and time management skills
- A good team player, and able to multi task
