· Over 5 years of experience in a legal role in a Bank, payments or licensed entity
· Strong communication & writing skills in both English and Chinese

· You have a sharp & strategic mindset which you can confidently use it to handle legal issues, MAS regulations and compliance procedures on PSA/SFA
· You are familiar with data protection and privacy laws
· Demonstrate agility and adaptability in tackling challenges
What do you need to do?
· Support and assist to company and subsidiaries in Southeast Asia in all legal related matters and issues, handle general corporate and regulatory matters, corporate governance, and compliance function
· Assist in the drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts, agreement, policies, terms of used, privacy, cookie, guidelines, and documents including vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices
· Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organisation and training to staff on laws and regulations.
· Work closely with business units to identify, analyse, and mitigate legal risks associated with various business operations and initiatives
· Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to address inquiries from regulatory authorities, prepare and submit regulatory filings and applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
· Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and manage litigation matters, working alongside external counsel when necessary
· Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders
· Conduct legal research to support various business functions and decision-making processes, staying abreast of relevant legal and regulatory developments in the financial services sector
