Job Description:
Day to day operations of the retail shop
Maintain safe working conditions, ensure hygiene regulations and upkeep of cafe cleanliness.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Ensure smooth daily operations,
Responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests and attending to customers' needs, complaints and enquiries.
Basic cashier duties.
Job Requirement:
Experience in F&B will be advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to take initiative, reliable, teachable and consistent.
Able to lead and work independently to deliver quality product according to Company's quality standards and SOP.
