· Actively following up on sales quotes, developing and growing existing customers.
· Managing incoming calls and client service inquiries.
· Generating sales leads that develop into new potential client.
· Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
· Manage a team of desktop/system/network and helpdesk engineers. During the transition phrases, the team will work closely with customer on the onboarding of services/equipment.
· Monitor and analyse sales performance, margins, and targets.
· Keep records of clients' interactions, process clients' accounts and file documents.
· Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally.
· Provide input about customer quality, feedback on after-sales services and gathering of market intelligence information.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum 5 years of experience working in related field in similar capacity
· Strong business acumen skills with prior experiences preferably in the IT industries
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Excellent command in written and spoken for both English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
· Preferable prior experiences in ASEAN markets
· Ability to lead, motivate a team of staff, adapt, embrace strong cultural diversity, work in multi- ethnic teams
· Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Require frequent travelling to regional countries
