Position Overview:
As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will collaborate closely with senior management to drive the financial health of our organization. Your role will involve overseeing the daily financial operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring the accuracy of invoicing and transaction processing. You will lead and mentor a dedicated finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to guide the finance team, ensuring effective daily operations and meeting key reporting deadlines.
- Supervise and evaluate daily financial activities, including cash flow management, invoicing, and transaction processing, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing performance to meet reporting timelines.
- Develop and present detailed financial reports, including budget analysis, projections, and monthly financial summaries.
- Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax advisors, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.
- Oversee and streamline monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, and manage schedules for interim and year-end audits.
- Take on additional assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Banking/Accounting/Finance
- Experience in full-set accounting
- Preferably with leadership or supervisory experience guiding junior staff
