Join our esteemed team at a Japanese Fine Dining Omakase Restaurant, specializing in Edomae Sushi. We are looking for experienced Omakase Chefs to bring their expertise and passion for high-quality sushi to our restaurant located near Somerset MRT.
Location: Nearest MRT - Somerset
Key Details:
- Salary Range: Up to $5,200 per month, based on experience
- Working Hours:Sunday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Total Weekly Hours: 44 hours based on a 6-day work week
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality Edomae Sushi with precision and artistry.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on the latest sushi techniques and trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Omakase Chef or in a similar role specializing in sushi.
- Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
