We are recruiting for an integrated developer and investment management firm specialising in modern industrial and logistics real estate key cities in Asia Pacific.
You will have the opportunity to work in a lean environment and get involved in the full cycle of investment and asset management such as site acquisition, underwriting and due diligence, asset management and divestment.
Your main responsibility includes financial modelling and feasibility studies, evaluating and structuring real estate investment opportunities. You will be assisting the senior management in managing the deal execution process such as due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc. You will analyse portfolio impact for each potential transaction and preparing presentations investment reports for stakeholders’ approval. You will perform market analysis and research in Asia and Europe to assess opportunities and assist on the deal execution process. You will support in portfolio reporting and fund management for assets under management, assets under development and pipeline reporting as well as supporting the deal sourcing, divestment, joint venture and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities.
Requirements:
You are degree qualified in Business, Accountancy, Real Estate, Engineering and have about 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the real estate on buy or sell side. You are resourceful and attentive to details. You are financially savvy and resourceful.
