Job Opening: Sales Manager (Catering)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our catering sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth and providing exceptional client service in the catering industry. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the catering sales team by generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and following up on inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive information on catering services, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing event information.
- Ensure a positive client experience through professional and prompt communication via email, phone, and other channels.
Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Assist in creating event proposals, customizing menus, and preparing contracts.
- Work with internal departments, such as culinary, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth event execution.
Order Processing and Documentation:
- Prepare and process catering orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain detailed documentation of contracts, invoices, and event specifics, coordinating with finance for billing.
Menu Planning and Customization:
- Liaise with clients to gather their menu preferences and dietary requirements.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the proper ingredients are available and accommodate special requests.
Event Logistics:
- Assist in organizing event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient event delivery.
Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Keep accurate sales records, including leads, prospects, and client information, using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports with activity tracking, conversion rates, and revenue analysis.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
- Gather feedback after events and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
Weekend Work: If required, time off can be claimed the following week.
Location : Nearest MRT Sembawang
