Responsibilities
- Deliver a superior client experience through understanding, anticipating, and executing client’s requests and providing administrative and organizational support
- Be the primary point of contact responsible for first point of contact and any follow up throughout the Client upgrade/ onboarding journey.
- Answer and process all client correspondences and contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve
- Gather, summarize, and provide information regarding the onboarding process
- Dispatch (physical/e-mail) collateral e.g, invite letter, welcome pack for consistent client engagement
- Ensure timely follow up with client for completeness of onboarding documentation
- Guide newly onboarded clients on how to use products and services
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and client servicing skills and ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
- team player who likes to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Prior industry experience preferred
