Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Bugis
Salary: Up to $2100
Time: Mondays to Fridays, 12:00pm to 9:00pm and alternate Saturdays, 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and manage order distribution at the collection counter.
- Handle product exchanges efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with any additional tasks or duties as assigned.
