JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidates sourcing
- Conduct job interview and assess job applicant's suitability for job role
- Scheduling and coordinate interviews
- Administering of employment contracts
- Develop & maintain a strong network with active and passive candidates
- Prepare and submit weekly report and updates to stakeholders
- Candidates’ resumes database management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Outgoing and enjoy talking to people
- With or without CEI (Basic) certification
- Training will be provided
