As a HR Executive, Talent Acquisition (6-months Contract), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and recommend the most suitable talent sourcing strategies.
- Organise recruitment events and participating in employer branding initiatives to establish and promote the employee value proposition for the organisation.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to preparing salary packages and job offers.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to develop a diverse and strong candidate pool.
- Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date in the applicant tracking system
- Manage the administration of new hire onboarding, including tasks like ordering name tags and preparing staff ID passes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Possess relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantageous.
