Roles & Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, including arranging for trainers and training materials.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from learners and trainers.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, feedback, and completion of training programs by the learners.
- Ensures that training programs comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety regulations and industry-specific requirements.
- Engaging new trainers and seeking new relevant courses through market research
- Ensure timely response to trainers’ and learners’ enquiries and quotations.
Requirements:
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.
- Diploma/Degree Holders (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely and quality work
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skill to effectively communicate with the trainers and learners
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously and keep track of training records.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure that training materials are accurate
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with trainers and learners.
