- Oversee the entire Finance function, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger management.
- Review weekly supplier payments, manage monthly staff reimbursements, and prepare monthly audit schedules.
- Support the preparation of the monthly Management Report and develop weekly Cash Flow Projections.
- Deliver timely and accurate performance insights to business units and management.
- Review the work of the junior staff members.
- Assist with system implementation and new process to streamline work processes.
Requirements:
- Poly diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- At least 4 years of working experience in finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge in ERP system
