We are looking for a Sales Operations Support & Supply Chain Manager for the APAC region, who will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our Sales Operations and Supply Chain processes. Reporting directly to the GM and Head of Sales APAC, he/she will collaborate closely with Sales teams across key locations, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Australia.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and Head of Sales APAC, this position involves close collaboration with sales teams in key locations such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Australia.
What you will do :
1. Sales Operations Support:
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales team input.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve future sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and recommend adjustments to forecasts and budgeting as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases, ensuring data integrity and availability for analysis.
- Coordinate and manage sales operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales planning processes and improve efficiency.
2. Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Implement and maintain effective supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work with supply chain teams to ensure inventory levels meet forecasted demand, avoiding stockouts or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to optimize the distribution process and meet customer demand.
3. Customer Service Management:
- Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and streamline processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations and supply chain management, preferably in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and the ability to implement new strategies as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
