MISSION:
Within the framework defined by the project manager and the Lead Process Engineer (LPE):
He/she is responsible for building or deploying ERP solutions (business processes and tools), within company scope, to achieve the expected performance objectives.
Designs and deploys solutions to achieve target performance and business value, ensuring the best process execution.
This Job will contribute to :
• The transformation programs of the Natural Rubber management.
• End-to-end redesign of the Finance process to improve O2C and S2P processes.
• Design and implement interface in compliant with the company target EA architecture study and the Design authority decision.
• Support the End-to-End Testing of the solution.
• Projects support in China region.
She/he will have the chance to work with various interlocutors on a worldwide perimeter: collaboration with the several team (operational teams, Lead process engineer in France, process engineer in Thailand, Enterprise Architect in China ), construction of solutions with the ISIT teams, regular contacts with other program linked to the project.
EXPECTED KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
• The standard process and associated tools are put in place, in compliance with project expectations (roadmap, test phase ) and internal control requirements.
• Change management is lead within the framework of the Change manager, users and people impacted by the project are informed and trained, documentation is available.
• Operational staff take ownership of the standard process and associated tools.
• Contribute to the design of the BI solution for finance and purchasing.
• Document the process for finance and purchasing department.
• Oversees defining, organizing, and carrying out tests, to which he/she contributes until final user acceptance (via several loops if necessary)
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree +5 in the information system, industrial information system domains or 5 years of experience in projects with a strong information system connotation.
Professional experience expected:
Ideally, multi-disciplinary course in ERP system especially Oracle and Finance projects.
