Job Description & Requirements
- Need Supervise to lead and manage the company Roofing projects.
- Inspect problem roofs to determine the best way to repair them.
- Measure roofs to calculate the quantities of materials needed
- Arrange to Replace damaged or rotting joists or plywood
- Make arrangements to Install vapor barriers or layers of insulation
- Make Arrangements to Install ventilation systems
- Make Arrangements Install shingles, asphalt, metal, or other materials to make the roof weatherproof
- Need to Align roofing materials with the edges of the roof
- Make calculations to Cut roofing materials to fit around walls or vents
- Need to check the Cover exposed nails or screw heads with roofing cement or caulk to prevent leakage
- Must work at a height
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
