Job Description:
- Preparation of shop drawings, workings drawings & as-built drawings
- Prepare progress report, claim, VO, etc
- To monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression
- Coordinate, supervise, monitor and manage the project site installation, inspection, T&C and hand over.
- Checking M&E Design and load calculation
- Attend site meeting with relevant stakeholder, consultants, LEW and clients for project requirements and approval
- Preparation OMM documents and Handover lists Follow up with post tender
- Addendum documents and drawings
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in M&E projects in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of M&E system, Electrical System, and ELV systems etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
