Responsibilities:
- Developing Salesforce solutions: Using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to create scalable and efficient solutions.
- Implementing business logic: Automating processes and improving user experience with complex business logic and workflows.
- Reviewing business systems: Understanding user needs and business systems.
- Leading projects: Improving policies, procedures, and tools
- Gathering requirements: Gathering requirements from service owners for reporting and automation.
- Producing reports: Producing reports based on defined goals and metrics.
- Mentoring junior developers: Guiding and mentoring junior developers.
- Creating documentation: Creating clear, concise documentation · such as presentations, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the Service Cloud product suite and platform – Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service Process Automation, Omnichannel routing, Agent Workspace, CTI, Service analytics
- Understanding of the boomi integration with Salesforce.
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, Lightning AURA Components and Lighting Web Components.
- Experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation, Lightning, and experience with Salesforce platform.
- Experience in Salesforce Customization, Security Access, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, data utilities.
- Experience in implementing Salesforce SOQL, SOSL and dynamic queries in Apex logic
- Experience in writing test classes for maximum code coverage
- Experience in Integration Methodologies, different API, Trigger framework, Recursive Triggers, VF Remoting, Asynchronous Framework – Batch jobs, Queueable Apex, Future methods
- Experience in setting up Connected App
- Experience in Ant Migration tool, Data Loader, Force.com, Eclipse IDE Plug-in, VS Code, Html, Web-service (REST and SOAP)
- Experience in debugging the code for troubleshooting the issues
