Responsibilities:
- Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties in HQ
- Arrange/ coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use.
- Admin support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangements.
- Support Work Pass (EP) & Tax related matters.
- Business trip coordination (e.g., flight and hotel bookings, VISA applications)
- Manage office supplies and factory inventory by working with the factory management and finance department.
- Monitor contracts (facilities, housing, service providers, and suppliers), signal the expiry of contracts, and prepare quotes.
- Local logistics and organization support and arrangements.
- Keeps management informed through written and verbal reports (summarizing information, and identifying trends).
- Ad-hoc support for company's special projects and events- full backend support.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate with minimum Diploma/degree in Business administration or related courses
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general administration (Corporate Support), planning, and administering executive services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
- Candidate with Excellent communication skills, Multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Experience in Accounting, system automation
- Proficiency in Google Functions, good in new IT technology and IT savvy
