Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquires via email and phone calls.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Work closely with the production team to coordinate confirmed orders.
- Response to customer’s enquiries, preparation of quotation.
- Handle the processing of all orders/ delivery.
- Filing & paperwork.
- Admin or ad hoc task if any.
- Require working with team to achieve team sales target.
Remarks
• Diploma required
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, words & power point)
• Good in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• 5.5 day workweek
