Indoor sales admin

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquires via email and phone calls.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Work closely with the production team to coordinate confirmed orders.
  • Response to customer’s enquiries, preparation of quotation.
  • Handle the processing of all orders/ delivery.
  • Filing & paperwork.
  • Admin or ad hoc task if any.
  • Require working with team to achieve team sales target.

Remarks
• Diploma required
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, words & power point)
• Good in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• 5.5 day workweek
