My client is a well established Architecture Firm.
Location : AMK
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site representative of employer, ensuring compliance with architectural designs, specifications, and regulations.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and authorities to address any architectural issues during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections, report any major issues and propose possible solutions.
- Manage any necessary revisions to plans and assist in problem-solving to meet project goals.
- Attend all meetings, take notes and maintain the records of such meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized by Board of Architect (BOA) Singapore.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience.
