Main Responsibilities:
- Support customers in identifying the correct parts through parts manuals or by communicating with the factory.
- Prepare and present parts quotes for customers.
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings, providing updates on sales activities for assigned countries.
- Analyze assigned countries, select target accounts, and work with management to define sales forecasts and goals.
- Manage data such as contact information, crane populations, opportunities, campaigns, selling activities, and quotes delivered.
- Provide feedback to management to drive business changes aligned with market expectations (e.g., competitive pricing data, new parts offerings).
- Cultivate prospective new customer opportunities.
- Regularly visit customers or job sites to identify parts sales potential.
- Promote current parts marketing and sales programs to all customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in mechanical or hydraulic fields preferred, or equivalent trade experience and skills.
- Min. 5 years of sales and technical support-related working experience.
- Strong coordination skills between internal departments and external vendors/customers.
- Experience with SAP or similar administrative software is an advantage.
- Strong team player, service-oriented, and effective communicator.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented to understand customer needs and recommend parts products.
