Change Management Lead
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for leading Salesforce-driven change initiatives aimed at optimizing global sales processes and restructuring sales organizations across various countries, product lines, and customer segments. This role demands a strong leader with expertise in Salesforce implementations and a proven track record in transforming sales operations on a global scale. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, drive adoption, and ensure successful organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Integration: Lead change management efforts for Salesforce implementation and optimization, ensuring alignment with global sales strategies.
- Global Sales Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance and standardize sales processes across multiple countries, product lines, and customer segments.
- Organizational Restructuring: Manage and execute sales team restructuring efforts to improve efficiency and performance across diverse regions and segments.
- Change Strategy Development: Develop and implement change management plans to support Salesforce adoption and process improvements, focusing on communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, IT, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of new systems and processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with global leadership to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and manage expectations throughout the transformation process.
- Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs to promote Salesforce adoption and the success of newly implemented sales processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in change management with a focus on Salesforce implementations and global sales process optimization.
- Proven track record of restructuring sales teams across multiple countries, product lines, and client segments.
- Good understanding of Cultural nuances across ASEAN
- Deep understanding of global sales operations and Salesforce best practices.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, change management methodologies, and global sales operations.
