The Digital Transformation Director with Salesforce expertise will lead the design and execution of digital transformation strategies, leveraging Salesforce and other cloud-based solutions. This role requires a visionary leader who can align technology initiatives with business goals, drive innovation, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects, and a track record of successfully implementing change in complex environments. They play a critical role in driving change and contributing to the organization's long-term success. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization’s business objectives, using Salesforce as a key platform for driving change.
- Salesforce Implementation & Optimization: Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and goals.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to develop and execute transformation initiatives across various departments.
- Program Management: Oversee the delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. This includes risk management, issue resolution, and reporting to executive leadership.
- Salesforce Ecosystem Management: Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom development solutions, and guide teams in integrating these solutions into business processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, communicating project updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new digital processes and tools. Develop training and support strategies for stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce innovations, and best practices, and recommend new tools, platforms, or enhancements that support the organization's digital growth.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financials, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Should have led multi-year programs (ideally Salesforce or digital transformation) across multiple stakeholders and teams, of 10m+ USD.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Leadership: Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Architect)
- Experience with data analytics, AI, and automation tools within Salesforce.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with multiple cultures and countries, especially in ASEAN region.
- Strong Client facing experience and executive presence a plus
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customizations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, SaaS, and digital tools.
- Project Management: Solid experience with program and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
