· Responsible for all works related to Project Manager duties
· Reports to Director, to lead site project team, to ensure smooth completion of the project within the specified project time schedule, project budget, quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements. He/ she is to protect and minimize Company's liability and all-risks exposure when managing the operations on-site
· Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors etc.to resolve all site issues.
· Monitor, record and to prepare progress report;
· Supervise sub-contractors and ensure that works are carried on efficiently
· Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors etc. site meetings.
· Lead, manage, monitor, delegate and motivate the construction project team to continuously drive and support quality and productivity improvement matters
· Involve in overall construction planning, scheduling, monitoring and lead the project team to meet the target planned schedule
· Deploy the required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements
· Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and to ensure site safety measures are in place at all time.
· Perform QC checks and to ensure proper documentation control on-site
· Verify and approve periodical assessment of progress claims of sub-contractors with the Project QS till the settlement of final account.
· Responsible for authorization of site purchases and rental
· Follow up on all complaints. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
· Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at workplace.
· Responsible for any other role as assigned by Director from time to time
