Position Overview
We are looking for a Special Needs and Inclusive Education Specialist to work with children aged 7 to 12. Your role involves nurturing care, helping students thrive, and collaborating with a dedicated team in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Prior teaching experience is required to apply for this role. Experience in working with special needs individuals is an advantage but not mandatory.
Passion and commitment to supporting children with diverse needs are essential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and supervision for students with varying learning needs.
- Assist in planning and monitoring IEP lesson plans, student progress, and activities.
- Organize daily routines, exercises, and activities related to physical well-being, life skills, and hobbies.
- Foster positive communication with parents, caregivers, and staff about student progress.
- Participate in organization events and initiatives.
- Flexible work arrangements.
Requirements:
- Prior teaching experience is required.
- Strong interest in working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Team player with good communication skills.
