We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Innovation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technological advancements and fostering a culture of innovation within CHuGO. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the latest technology trends including AI and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation and Technology Development:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative HR technology solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and blockchain, to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, vendors, and industry experts.
- Represent CHuGO at industry events, conferences, and forums to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customised technology solutions.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure robust security and data protection measures are in place to safeguard company and client information.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of existing technology infrastructure.
- Monitor and report on technology performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO.
- Strong background in software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HR technology and solutions is a MUST.
