Location: Toa Payoh
Working hrs: Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 3:30pm
Requirement:
- At least a LCCI Certificate in Accounting/Book-keeping.
- 3 years working experience in financial administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carry out school financial functions, processes and procedures.
- Keep track of income and maintain good and proper accounting records
- Collect payments from pupils and vendors as and when required
- Make and process payments to pupils/vendors and other stakeholders as and when required in an accurate and prompt while adhering to all school operating procedures and guidelines
- Attend to telephone calls and walk-in customers and provide assistance to them
- Assist the school in any other ad-hoc administrative matters as and when directed by the school’s leadership
