Job Details
- Permanent position with comprehensive beneifts (AL, Medical leave, medical benefits, Bonus etc)
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday; Office hours
- Leading a team of 15-20pax
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing communications to convey key messages to target audiences while rebranding the company and repositioning it within the retail industry.
- Monitor and analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for brand repositioning.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives
- Propose and identify future trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on these trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the evolving retail landscape.
- Create and publish marketing materials that reflect the new brand identity and align with marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications, ensuring they contribute to the rebranding and repositioning goals.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives
- Build and nurture strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to support the company’s repositioning in the market.
- Develop initiatives to protect the brand, enhance brand value, and increase brand awareness in line
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Develop and execute digital campaigns and social media strategies that reinforce the company’s new positioning in the retail industry.
- Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing to support the brand's repositioning.
- Propose and execute strategies based on identified future trends to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a mandatory background in FMCG or retail.
- Strong understanding of technology, campaign management, and how to apply it to business.
