Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6pm (except Friday until 5.30pm)
Salary: $12/hr- $13/hr
Job Scope:
* Receive and accession specimens from histopathology/cytology laboratory.
* Perform various technical functions including microtomy, basic histological staining of the tissue sections, and general molecular techniques (DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, etc).
* Assist in implementing laboratory quality control and assurance programmes and conduct daily monitoring and quality control activities.
* Ensure proper safe storage and preparation of laboratory reagents.
* Perform and record daily equipment maintenance procedures according to specifications.
* Assist in the laboratory statistical tabulation and reporting.
Requirement:
Min Dip/ Degree in Science only
