• Experience in managing one or more outlets, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
• Lead and motivate a team of Consultant and therapists to maximize sales through maintaining excellent service and retail standards to achieve customer service and sales goals
• Resourceful, service-oriented, active and hands-on and good management skills.
• Handle all refund and complaint cases.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and result oriented.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service attitude
• Scheduling, managing, and coaching the performance of the sales team.

• Min “N” / “O” Level / Diploma in any discipline with experience
• Good business acumen with a passion for beauty/ medi-spa industry.
