- Handle the machine and equipment in the factory to ensure they run smoothly and increase efficiency.
- Hands on in the daily operations at the manufacturing plant.
- Implement and maintain good manufacturing standards to achieve higher efficiency, productivity and quality.
- Create realistic workflows for plant operations to run smoothly.
- Consolidate quantitative and qualitative data for reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of experience in handling machine and equipment in a food manufacturing industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with good planning, organization and project management skills.
- Familiar with local regulation (SFA, NEA) and F&B certifications (BRC/FSSC22000).
