You will attend our trainee program and be attached to various departments within Wilmar Group of Companies to undergo on-the-job training to learn the necessary knowledge and skills.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Entry level or with 2 to 3 years’ working experience.
- Diligent, passionate, has perseverance and thrives under pressure.
- Other essential attributes sought are good business acumen, maturity, integrity and independence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to be seconded overseas is a requirement.
