About the Role:
Nereus Subsea Pte Ltd is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Diving Supervisor to lead and manage our diving operations. The ideal candidate will ensure commercial divers effectively execute their assigned underwater tasks while meeting project deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage diving operations, ensuring efficient and safe execution of underwater tasks.
· Develop and implement comprehensive dive plans, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
· Supervise and mentor commercial divers, providing guidance, training, and support.
· Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
· Liaise with clients, project managers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
· Analyze and report on diving activities, performance metrics, and safety incidents.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Diving Supervisor or similar role in the commercial diving industry.
· Strong knowledge of diving techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Valid diving supervisor certification recognized by MOM, adhering to Singapore Legislative Standards (SS511).
Risk Management:
• Implement and conduct risk assessments and hazard identification onsite.
• Support, enforce, and be familiar with QHSE policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
