Job Description:
- Accurately compound repeat flavors within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Flavorist and Regulatory Affairs to ensure samples meet standards.
- Request raw materials from production/warehouse and suppliers for compounding.
- Ensure proper storage of lab raw materials for quality and safety.
- Prepare and submit reference samples to Quality Control.
- Maintain a list of standard samples, including for the flavor bank/library.
- Follow and support all quality, safety, and environmental procedures and legal requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science or relevant courses
