The Estée Lauder Companies is recruiting a Regional Online Manager to join our APAC team in Singapore. This role will work closely with the Online Director to drive our online business for Jo Malone London and lead cross-brand initiative to optimize online business across APAC markets. The successful incumbent will also partner with affiliate, regional and global stakeholders to define online strategy and roadmap to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement, drive site traffic, conversion and sales on our online channels includes brand sites, third party platform, and retailer sites for the brand across the APAC region.
What You Will Achieve:
Business Intelligence
- Develop short- and long- term e-Commerce strategy and roadmap in line with Brand and Affiliate strategy
- Identify market opportunities to grow online revenue generating channels
- Analyze online marketing budget and online advertising spend by channel and Brand to maximize ROI
- Conduct competitive and market analysis
- Establish as Channel expert and provide sound advice to stakeholders to drive Channel Optimization
Campaign Management
- Plan, manage and execute e-Commerce programs and campaigns across Affiliates
- Take ownership of the brand’s consolidated annual, quarterly and monthly campaign calendars
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and roadblocks that arise during the campaign execution
· Strategically support Brands in Digital Marketing activities (e.g. social media) to ensure tight integration between eCommerce-specific and Brands’ wider Digital activities that contribute to overall site traffic
· Identify opportunities between digital and eCommerce calendars and be proactive in driving changes
Project Management
- Take business ownership of new site launches and functionality enhancements
- Single point of contact for Brands for all site enhancement requests. Vet and align requests with relevant stakeholders
Operational Effectiveness
· Liaise with Global, Regional and Affiliate stakeholders to establish and manage eCommerce activities
· Build and maintain relationships and communication channels with Brands and Corporate teams
· Manage information and cross-functional communications to support better decision making
· Effectively communicate issues and learnings to key stakeholders
· Manage multiple vendor and agency relationships
Asset Management
· To support markets in identifying appropriate assets to support online business
· To liaise with regional/global creative team on asset needs for online
· To develop creative brief for regional creative needs
· To co-ordinate between regional creative & regional creative content hub on executing assets creation
What You Will Need:
- 5 years working experience in e-Commerce or Online Marketing gained from a consumer-focused Brand or digital agency practice
- Strong network of relationships with retailers, marketplaces and e-commerce partners
- Experience with luxury or prestige industry related brands is preferred
- Strong understanding of channel differentiation, unique merchandising, as well as 360 collaborations or/and Omni channel opportunities
- Regional work experience would be advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- Skilled at influencing opinion to accomplish business goals and objectives while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- Decisive, able tomake sound decisions in the face of pressure
- Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
- Detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization
- Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity
