We are looking for an Application Support Analyst (Core Banking/Silverlake). You will be expected to be able to work both independently and as part of a support team.
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert in Core Banking
- Filter, prioritise and validate issues
- Recommend solutions & resolve issues, working with L2 & L3 support teams
- Perform root cause analysis
- Provide source compare and produce SIT test result
- Attend to production EOD support call
- Provide UAT support
Requirements
- Degree in Technology
- 3 years of experience in application development for Silverlake Core Banking domain
- End-user expertise on Silverlake Core Banking
- Experience with CIF, remittance, deposits & loans, trade finance
- AS/400 domain technical knowledge is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
