Location: Near Dovar MRT

Working Hrs: Mon to Fri (0800AM to 0530PM)

Requirements:

  1. 1 yr experience in relevant field.
  2. Must possess first aider

Roles & Resposibilities:

  1. Oversee the cleanliness and smooth operations of the counter service and systems.
  2. Seek clarifications and guidance from Team Lead and Staff on any operational issues.
  3. To handle general enquiries from the students, staff and the public and keep record of it.
  4. Collation of Student Development (SD) Programmes Survey Results and other data entry works relating to our SD Programmes
  5. Assist in the issuance of keys or access cards.
  6. Receiving/escorting of guests for meetings, assisting in room setup and logistics preparation for meetings.
  7. Assist to book facilities through Facility Booking platforms.
  8. To manage first aid kit and usage and to participate in the department’s table-top exercises such as fire drills as well as in event of fire emergency.
  9. To contact and liaise with vendors/Estates for ad-hoc repair and scheduling of servicing of SD office and safety equipment.
  10. To assist in the delivery of SD related event items within and outside the organisation.
  11. Any other general admin support tasks assigned by the SD Staff/Team Lead.
