Job Description
- Develop and execute effective branding and marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and vision
- Conceptualise and create compelling content (including visuals design, copywriting, and multimedia) across all channels
- Assist in planning and managing of content calendar
- Drive and execute campaigns and initiatives to increase user growth, engagement, brand presence and sales leads
- Track and analyse content performance metrics to assess effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative, to ensure marketing initiatives are cohesive and aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, sales presentations etc) and ensure they are consistent with the brand’s identity and messaging
- Assist in preparation and execution of photoshoots
- Assist in the planning and liaising with external partners for collaborations and partnership
- Assist in managing partnerships, media/press, KOLs and customer relations
- Keep abreast of industry trends and support the implementation of new initiatives
Requirements

- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting
- Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s overall aesthetic direction is essential.
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-disciplined to complete tasks assigned within deadlines
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Lightroom preferred
