Quantity Surveyor / Interior Design & Renovation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Good knowledge and experience in tendering commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out /residential projects.
2. Measurement of quantities, progress claims, quotations and final claims.
3. General quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties.
4. Able to understand tender requirements, prepare and submit tenders as per requirements with specific deadline
5. Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
6. Sourcing of new vendors, compilation of quotation.
7. Review of price, summarizing subcontractors, materials and Evaluation and certification of contractors’ claim.
8. Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractor and supplier
9. Assist project team in dealing with contractual matters including extension for time or expenses claims

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
2. Experience in tendering commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects.
3. Min 4 years experiences in interior design/renovation /building industry.
4. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in Singapore project only
